Adam Morgan joins the Dynojet G50 Team for the remainder of the season
Dynojet are very pleased to welcome Adam Morgan to race alongside Frank in the Ginetta G50 Championship for the remainder of the 2009 season.
20 year old Adam, has had a good pedigree in racing from the age of eight, racing in karts from cadets onwards, finishing 8th overall in the British National Kart Championship. At the age of 17, Adam followed in his father's footsteps in the National Historic Rally Championship, claiming 5 out of 7 class wins in the 2007/08 season. His season so far has been testing in the Ginetta G50.
Adam: "We are competing in the last two rounds to get a feel for the British Touring Car Championship package. This is new discipline for me, coming on to roads, from rallying. The last two rounds are all about getting on pace in relation to the rest of the field, as I am keen to contest the 2010 championship with a front running team."
Frank: "Having raced against Adam in karts and seen his pace in the G50, I'm sure Adam can spring some surprises. It will be great having him in the awning and I'm looking forward to the final rounds."
TELEVISION COVERAGE REMINDER
ITV4 live Sunday afternoon's 11.30am - 6.00pm
ITV4 at channel 28 on Freeview, channel 117 via cable and through the Sky Digital platform at channel 120
In addition, ITV will extend the duration of it's highlights programmes by 50 per cent from 60 to 90 minutes - whilst also increasing the number of repeats.
These will be broadcast as follows: ITV1 on the following Monday evening.
ITV4 on the following Tuesday afternoon.
Men & Motors on the following Friday evening.
ITV4 on the following Saturday afternoon
Men & Motors on the following Wednesday evening (ten days after the race event).
Penultimate Round: Rockingham 19th/20th September.
